Head of Client Services
Natalie is Head of Client Services at Lightbox and spends her days managing some of our larger clients and projects, as well as sitting on the senior management team helping to drive the business forward.
This role is all about organisation, communication and being able to juggle and prioritise. Nat’s often the middle-man between the client and the rest of the team here at Lightbox, translating ‘tech speak’ into language our clients understand – truly, Making Digital Human.
Natalie’s 10 years of experience is gained within a full-service environment so she appreciates creativity, print and PR as much as the digital channels we focus on day in day out, and always aims to ensure we’re integrating the work we do, into our client’s overall business strategy.
Outside of work, Nat’s the Vice Chair of the Birmingham Publicity Association and volunteers for a local charity. The rest of the time she can be found spending time with her family; indulging in her foodie tendencies – cooking, baking or exploring Birmingham’s amazing restaurant scene; or enjoying many a holiday (too many, if you ask the bosses).
