New Google Search feature lets you get up close with life-size animals with augmented reality
Ever wondered what a panda would look like in your office?
(Obviously, yes. Who hasn’t?)
You’re in luck if you have an AR-enabled phone, as Google has rolled out a new card for search that brings virtual animals into the real world.

When searching for a select few animals, you’ll see a card that says “Meet a life-sized [animal] up close.” and will give you the option to see the animal in 3D; where you’ll be able to see the animal as an ‘object’ or in your own space through ‘AR’.
According to online sources, Google has also teamed up with NASA, Samsung, Volvo and other companies to create more AR objects for Search in the future…
