Ric is Head of Strategy at Lightbox, he has strong strategic, technical and CX experience, with a track record of working with iconic, recognisable brands, such as Harley-Davidson, Barclaycard, Jaguar Land Rover, MG Motors, Money Supermarket, Saint-Gobain, ITV, O2, PlayStation Europe and Walkers.

Outside of work Ric is quite the showman, performing with his soul band and writing and recording music.
