The Creative Ideation Workshop is a collaborative session that ultimately produces the ideas and plans for the video content. We get to know you and your brand and help you to unlock the stories that you want to tell through video content. The session lasts approximately 90 minutes with you and your key stakeholders.

The outputs of the workshop are:

• Content ideas for the day of the shoot to be agreed by both parties.
• A plan for the day of the shoot – location, people, topic of content.

Following the workshop, we will create a plan for the day of the shoot that will be agreed with you in advance.

On the day of the shoot, our team will arrive at the agreed location with the required recording, lighting, and audio equipment. Following set up, we will take ownership of the shoot plan and organise the pre-agreed people to deliver the interviews, presentations, or performances in line with the content ideas created and signed off.

The requirements of you (the client) is to ensure that the agreed people are present on the day and briefed to the required level that will enable them to deliver their part of the content. We look after the rest.

Following the video shoot, we will then spend the required day(s) editing the content into a series of short-form video content for your approval. Each edited piece of content will be no longer than 1 minute. We will utilise the chosen royalty-free audio track(s) where appropriate.

The short-form video content will be delivered to you within five business days. You will then have the option of feeding back one round of basic amends (See FAQs for ‘What is an amend?’).

Once you are happy with the video content, we will top and tail the videos where necessary with your brand.

A ‘basic’ video amend is requesting a change to the video edit such as the ones below:

• ‘Can we remove the part where they say….’
• ‘Can we hear more of when they say….(providing that footage was captured)’
• ‘Can we start with/end with this part’
• ‘Can we slow down/speed up that section’
• ‘Can the music be added/removed here’

All amends have to be related to footage that has already been captured on shoot day.

Amends are not:

• ‘Can we change the angle of the camera’
• ‘Can we change the lighting’
• ‘Can we change what they are saying’

Essentially, anything that would require a re-shoot of the content. This can be done but would require a further charge.
